1) Place template on fabric and stencil design. There are fabric pencils available that disolve in water (in case you make a mistake)
2) Paint flat colors and sparkles on with brush 4) Trace the raised design elements with puffy paint. Be sure to practice first so you get a good feel for the speed at which the paint leaves the tip.
* Approximately 1/2 hour drying time until paint is 'tacky'. 4 hours until completely dry. 72 hours until washable. |
