1) Place template on fabric and stencil design. There are fabric pencils available that disolve in water (in case you make a mistake)
2) Paint flat colors and sparkles on with brush
4) Trace the raised design elements with puffy paint
* Approximately 1/2 hour drying time until paint is 'tacky'. 4 hours until completely dry. 72 hours until washable.
