Putting it together
Belts, Straps and Buckles

There are many strip of leather details to be cut and sewn.
To get the exact fit, use tracing paper.

You can see right through the paper and draw exactly the shape you want.
I use the doll and photos as reference as well.
(Note my 2 year old's toes... very typical of how I work.)

The extra pieces are drawn as well.

Then cut out the pattern. I have given myself a lot of seam allowance.
Cut this out, and then iron the edges under and sew.

Note: it's not perfect... It is very challenging to get the width of the strips right.
